About Gabby 

Gabby holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is actively earning her clinical hours toward licensure. Her work is rooted in the belief that therapy should feel human, honest, and like something you can actually use outside the session.

Gabby blends a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach with somatic awareness, interpersonal process, and psychoeducation. She brings a grounded, real-world lens to therapy, helping clients explore emotional patterns, build self-trust, and develop tools for regulation and connection.
